Don't make a face when they don't like your table because it's too hot/cold/close to the kitchen/far from the kitchen/not in the middle/too close to another table/too far away from everything/wobbly/"a bad table." Just ask them where they'd like to sit (assuming these are your early diners). Don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry this table is reserved for another reservation" and encourage them to specify seating needs in the future.3 minutes ago · · 1 person
